FOR AGENTS
A workspace for property professionals.
Agents can apply for an account, verify their email, and wait for GSH administrator approval. Once approved, agents can receive an agent code, submit listings, and manage eligible listings through their dashboard. If an approved agent cannot submit a property themselves, they can ask the GSH administrator for listing support.
Provide accurate information and only submit properties you are authorized to represent. The GSH team reviews submissions before publication. Approval of an agent account or listing is not a guarantee of a property’s ownership, legal status, or transaction outcome.
With the agent’s authorization, an administrator can create or complete the listing, select that approved agent, and publish it on the agent’s behalf. The property is then attributed to that agent in the listing and agent profile/dashboard. The administrator can still choose whether inquiries go to the agent or to GSH Developers for each property.

IMPORTANT: THE DEAL IS BETWEEN THE PARTIES
Property terms are agreed mutually.
The buyer/tenant and owner/authorized representative discuss and mutually agree on the price or rent, deposit, payment schedule, responsibilities, dates, and other conditions. GSH Developers provides the marketplace and any separately agreed services; a listing alone does not make GSH a party to the deal or guarantee its completion.

GSH team ले जाँच गर्दा listing pending रहन सक्छ। थप जानकारी वा सुधार आवश्यक भए सम्पर्क हुन सक्छ।
इच्छुक व्यक्तिसँग कुरा गर्नुहोस्
प्रकाशित भएपछि त्यस सम्पत्तिमा छानिएको सम्पर्कमा inquiry जान्छ। विवरण अद्यावधिक राख्नुहोस् र अर्को चरणबारे कुरा गर्नुहोस्।
एजेन्टका लागि
घरजग्गा पेशेवरका लागि व्यवस्थित workspace।
एजेन्टले account का लागि आवेदन दिनुहोस्, email verify गर्नुहोस् र GSH admin को approval पर्खनुहोस्। स्वीकृत भएपछि agent code पाएर dashboard बाट योग्य listing पेश तथा व्यवस्थापन गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ। आफैँ listing राख्न नसक्ने अवस्थामा admin सँग सहयोग माग्न सक्नुहुन्छ।
आफूलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने अधिकार भएको सम्पत्तिको सही विवरण मात्र पेश गर्नुहोस्। GSH ले प्रकाशनअघि जाँच गर्न सक्छ; account वा listing स्वीकृत हुनु स्वामित्व वा कानुनी अवस्थाको प्रत्याभूति होइन।
एजेन्टको अनुमतिमा admin ले listing बनाएर वा पूरा गरेर स्वीकृत एजेन्ट छानी उहाँकै तर्फबाट publish गर्न सक्छ। त्यसपछि listing उक्त एजेन्टकै profile मा देखिन्छ। हरेक listing मा inquiry एजेन्टकहाँ पठाउने वा GSH Developers मा ल्याउने निर्णय admin ले गर्न सक्छ।

खरिदकर्ता/भाडावाल र धनी/अधिकृत प्रतिनिधिले मूल्य वा भाडा, धरौटी, भुक्तानी तालिका, जिम्मेवारी, मिति र अन्य शर्तबारे छलफल गरी सहमत हुनुपर्छ। GSH Developers ले marketplace र छुट्टै सहमति भएका सेवा दिन्छ; listing हुँदैमा GSH कारोबारको पक्ष वा कारोबार पूरा हुने प्रत्याभूति हुँदैन।
सहमति भएका कुरा लिखित रूपमा राख्नुहोस् र आवश्यक कानुनी प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्नुहोस्। कारोबारअघि सम्पत्तिसम्बन्धी तथ्य स्वतन्त्र रूपमा जाँच्नुहोस्।
